Justin Ryan Lee, a 36-year-old male from Raleigh, NC, tragically lost his life on March 14, 2014. Justin was found lying dead in the road with a gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred near the intersection of Fox and Louisburg roads around 9:15 p.m. on that fateful night.
