Markell Raekwon Hill, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 3, 2019, in Raleigh, North Carolina. The incident occurred at an apartment complex in northeast Raleigh, specifically in the 5900 block of Stillcrest Way, near Fox Road and Triangle Town Center.
