In the early morning hours of Friday, May 1, 2015, the body of a woman, Krystal Pinson, who was also known by the nickname 'Baby,' was discovered in a place of desolation. A passerby stumbled upon the scene at approximately 6:30 a.m. in the garage of an abandoned house on the southwest side of Detroit. The residence, located at 4841 Chopin, stood between Michigan Avenue and the eastbound I-94 Service Drive. Krystal was found with severe injuries to her head.
