In the summer of 1982, a tragedy unfolded in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, that left a lasting scar on the community and a case that remains a puzzle to this day. On June 13th, 24-year-old Archie Randall 'Randy' Hooper, a white male, and his friend, 28-year-old Debra Hortense Goodspeed, were killed.
