Morris Milan Williams, a 26-year-old transgender woman who also went by the names Milan or Mimi, was tragically murdered on February 5, 2013, in Metairie, Louisiana. Williams and her partner, 22-year-old Akeem Boudreaux, were found shot to death in their apartment on Edenborn Avenue. The couple's bodies were discovered nine days later, along with their dog.
