Rosemary Charles, a 61-year-old woman from Metairie, Louisiana, tragically lost her life on March 15, 2017. She was one of four victims in a brutal quadruple murder that took place at an apartment complex in Metairie. The other victims included 40-year-old Kyle Turner, 56-year-old John Edward Henry, and 56-year-old Harold Frisard, who was found stabbed multiple times in a neighboring apartment.
