Tracy Nguyen, a 24-year-old woman from Metairie, LA, tragically lost her life on August 10, 2013. Tracy, who was of Vietnamese descent, was fatally shot by her fiancé, Jamaal Edwards, in a shocking incident that left the community in disbelief. According to reports, neighbors witnessed the horrifying event as Edwards chased Tracy out of their apartment and shot her in the street.
