Robertson Chad Winters, 22, was last seen on May 21, 2008, in Coburg, Oregon. He and two friends embarked on a rafting trip along the Willamette River, intending to travel from Eugene to Portland. Around 8:00 p.m., their rafts overturned while passing through Coburg, and all three men were thrown into the water, which was approximately 48 degrees at the time.
