Milton Bourgeois, a 67-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically died on December 26, 2013, in Houma, Louisiana. He was the CEO of Ochsner St. Anne General Hospital in Raceland. On that fateful day, he was shot at close range at his home by Ben Freeman, a former employee of the hospital. Bourgeois' wife, Ann Bourgeois, was also shot but survived and was taken to a hospital in New Orleans.
