In the quiet community of Houma, Louisiana, a tragic event unfolded on August 14, 1977, forever altering the lives of several families. Terry Hebert, a 27-year-old male, was brutally murdered in a mobile home located in the Bayou Blue area. He was not the sole victim of this violent outburst; with him were three other individuals who also lost their lives: 33-year-old Bobby Todd, the owner of the trailer, 19-year-old Sandra Brake, and Anne Tierney.
