On August 14, 1977, in Houma, Louisiana, 27-year-old Terry Hebert was fatally shot in a tragic incident that claimed the lives of three other individuals: 33-year-old bar owner Bobby Todd, 19-year-old Sandra Brake, and Anne Tierney.
