Troy Deroche, a 29-year-old male from Houma, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on June 29, 2016. He was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Roderick Smith when they were involved in a drive-by shooting incident. The shooter, Michael Diggs, climbed into the back of the car and fired his weapon at a group of men outside an apartment complex on Thomas Drive.
