Kenneth Fitzgerald Randolph, Jr., a 20-year-old African American male from Houma, Louisiana, died on October 6, 2002. He was a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of Houma at the time of his death. Funeral services were held at Beautiful Zion Baptist Church, with burial in Woodlawn Ranch Cemetery.
