Daquan Johnson, a 25-year-old African American male from Houma, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on December 3, 2020, in a shooting incident at Club Nu Vision, located at the corner of Canal and Honduras streets. The Houma Police Department responded to the scene around 8 p.m. and found Johnson's body inside the nightclub. Another victim, 38-year-old Hassan Clayton, also from Houma, was transported to a local hospital with multiple gunshot wounds but later succumbed to his injuries.
