Henry Issac Boyd, a 33-year-old African American male, passed away on August 13, 2020, in Houma, Louisiana. Boyd, a native of Terrebonne Parish, was pronounced dead at 2:24 a.m. on that fateful Thursday. He was survived by his daughters, Tyrianeisha Jones and London Nixon, his father, Grover Smith Sr., and several siblings. Boyd's death was a significant loss to his family and community, who gathered for a public viewing and funeral service at Jones Funeral Home chapel in Houma.
