Herbert Daniel Webb III, a 39-year-old African American man from Shreveport, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on July 23, 2014. Herbert was well-known in his community, having served in the United States Army Reserves and pursued higher education at both The University of Louisiana, Lafayette, and Southern University, Baton Rouge. He was remembered fondly by his family and friends for his gregarious personality and unselfish nature.
