Tellmell Leon Lyons Jr., a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on January 12, 2017, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred at his residence in the Cedar Grove neighborhood. According to reports, Lyons was shot multiple times after he opened the door to his apartment at around 6:30 PM.
