Leondre Spates, a 15-year-old African American male, was tragically killed in a shooting in Shreveport, Louisiana, on May 12, 2018. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, just before 1:45 a.m., at the intersection of Hearne Avenue and Quinton Street.
