Patrick Evan Miles, a 46-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on November 1, 2020, in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was fatally shot in the chest and later succumbed to his injuries at Ochsner LSU Health. The incident occurred in the 6200 block of Southern Avenue, where neighbors reported hearing gunfire. Shreveport Police Violent Crimes detectives were called to the scene and began a preliminary investigation.
