Charzavious Rogers, a 24-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 28, 2017, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred just before 1 a.m. outside an apartment building in the Wilkinson Terrace apartments located in the 2700 block of Southern Avenue. When Shreveport Police patrol officers arrived at the scene, they found Rogers suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper torso.
