On a Sunday evening in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the community was shaken by the violent deaths of two individuals. Jeffery Baker, a 34-year-old male, and Jamiya Owen, a 38-year-old male, were discovered fatally wounded inside a vehicle on Alliquippa Street on January 18, 2015. Both men had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
