On February 14, 2024, a fatal shooting occurred at the Night RV Park located at 14740 Florida Boulevard in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The victim, 20-year-old Sergio Estuardo Baleu-Cucul, was involved in an altercation with a suspect before the shooting took place around 8:20-8:30 p.m..
During the altercation, the suspect chased Baleu-Cucul through the RV park with a firearm. The suspect then shot and killed Baleu-Cucul before fleeing the scene in a silver SUV.
