Francois "Frank" Davis, a 30-year-old African American male, was found dead on March 10, 2015, in Mansfield, Louisiana. Davis died from a single gunshot wound to the head. His body was discovered in a home located in the 500 block of Frances Street in the KCS Subdivision. The DeSoto Parish Sheriff's Office was notified about Davis' death after his roommate's family members went to the house to retrieve clothing for him. Davis had been dead for several hours before his body was discovered.
