Rashard Warmsley, a 20-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on June 24, 2020, in Mansfield, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m. at a local business in the 500 block of Washington Street. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Warmsley suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately taken to DeSoto Regional Emergency Room, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
