Trammell Marshall, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 21, 2015, in Harvey, Louisiana. The incident occurred on Father's Day, when Marshall and another victim, Johnell Ovide, were fatally shot in an apartment located in the 1600 block of Apache Drive. The shooting also left a third victim, a 23-year-old male, critically injured with multiple gunshot wounds, including one to his face.
