Chad Miller, a 29-year-old male from Harvey, Louisiana, was tragically shot and killed on May 23, 2016. The incident occurred in the 4100 block of Lac Bienville, where Miller was found lying in front of his apartment with multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency Medical Services transported him to Ochsner West Bank, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
