Willie Hart Jr., a 36-year-old African American male from Houma, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on October 21, 2015. He was a self-employed sandblaster and painter, and a member of St. Paul Baptist Church in Napoleonville, Louisiana. Willie Hart Jr. was affectionately known as "Chill Will" by those who knew him.
