In the autumn of 2016, a burst of gunfire shattered the afternoon calm in a Shreveport, Louisiana neighborhood, tragically ending the life of a young man. Quincy Terrell Randle, a 21-year-old African American male, was fatally wounded on October 28, 2016, in a drive-by shooting.
