Michael Miller, a 38-year-old male of African American ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed on October 5, 2010, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 10:00 p.m. in the 3900 block of Flora Avenue. According to preliminary information, a large group of people were gathered in the area, drinking and playing dominoes when an unknown male suspect approached Miller and opened fire with a handgun, striking him multiple times. Miller was pronounced deceased at the scene.
