Ethan Allen, a 22-year-old male from Marrero, Louisiana, was tragically killed on November 29, 2016, in Gretna, Louisiana. Allen was lured to the 800 block of Gulf Drive under the pretense of a drug deal. Upon his arrival, he was ambushed by Steven Tate, a 25-year-old male from Metairie, Louisiana, and Leonidas Lowry, a 22-year-old male from Gretna, Louisiana.
