James Vaughn, a 24-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on December 24, 2014, in Gretna, Louisiana. Vaughn was at the Oakwood Center Mall, purchasing a gift for his mother, when he was targeted and shot by Gary Francois, a 25-year-old male from Harvey.
