Jemond Malik Cador, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 6, 2021, in his Terrytown apartment. Jemond was a member of the United States Army National Guard and a graduate of West Jefferson High School. He was known for his dedication and service, having served three years in the National Guard.
