In the early hours of January 11, 2017, Robyn Hale, a 27-year-old mother of three, was fatally shot at her home on Grebe Street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred around midnight after she answered a knock at her door. Her children, all under the age of ten, were inside the home at the time of the shooting. Hale was transported to a local hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
