Tonia Billiot Dardar, a 44-year-old woman from Marrero, LA, passed away on May 18, 2018. She was a lifelong resident of Marrero and a graduate of Tulane University New Orleans. Tonia was the President of Who Dat Animal Rescue and Humanitarian Relief. She was survived by her husband, Joseph Dardar Sr., and their children, Kaila Dardar, Haleigh Noel Dardar, and Joseph Dardar Jr. Tonia was also the daughter of Raymond Billiot Sr. and Thelma Hopper Chaisson, and had several siblings.
