Alexxis Eymard, a 26-year-old woman from Marrero, LA, was tragically shot and killed on September 24, 2022. The incident occurred in the driveway of a home located in the 2600 block of Bay Adams Drive. Alongside Alexxis, 36-year-old David Sumera, also from Belle Chasse, was shot and killed. The shooting was captured on a neighbor’s doorbell camera, which showed a grey truck arriving at the home around 1:40 p.m., followed by the sound of three gunshots.
