Shantel Marie Osborne, a four-year-old girl from Marrero, Louisiana, tragically lost her life on August 30, 1982. Shantel, along with her mother Sheila Thomas, her father Carl Osborne, and her grandparents Myrtle and Owen Griffin, were victims of a brutal murder carried out by Leslie Lowenfield.
