In the warm evening hours of July 24, 2018, a burst of violence shattered the quiet of a New Orleans neighborhood, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Todge Ferrand, a 24-year-old male, was discovered in the 2200 block of Clouet Street with a gunshot wound to his chest. First responders rushed him to a nearby hospital in a desperate attempt to save him, but his injury proved to be fatal.
