Todge Demond "Boosie" Ferrand, a 24-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 24, 2018, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Todge was born in 1994 and was known for his infectious smile and positive demeanor. He was a beloved son, brother, and friend, who graduated from McDonogh #35 Senior High School and worked at Treasure Chest Casino.
