On March 18, 2024, Kent Anderson, a 45-year-old resident of New Orleans, Louisiana, was fatally shot in the Lower Ninth Ward. The incident occurred around 10:31 a.m. in the 1800 block of Charbonnet Street. Emergency Medical Services pronounced him dead at the scene.
