Justin Jarmol "Jazz" Mitchell, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically found fatally shot in the back on October 7, 2013, in New Orleans East. The incident occurred shortly after 7 p.m. in the 4700 block of Stemway Drive. Justin Mitchell was a loving father to five sons and a devoted companion to Juanita Perkins.
