Sylvester Odell Snow, a 43-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 22, 2019, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was one of two victims in a shooting incident that occurred in front of the Discount Zone gas station on Chef Menteur Highway. The other victim, 34-year-old Wilbert Bias III, also succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The incident took place around 5 p.m., and both men were pronounced dead upon the arrival of emergency services.
