Gary Fielding, a 29-year-old man from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was tragically shot and killed on June 22, 2020. The incident occurred on Fairfields Avenue around 3:15 p.m. According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, Fielding was pronounced dead at the scene. A 21-year-old woman, who was also present during the shooting, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
