On a Thursday afternoon in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, tragedy struck in front of the Urban Meadows Apartments on Greenwell Street, claiming the life of 30-year-old Jawan Alexcee. The fatal incident, which occurred around 2:00 PM on January 4, 2024, also left five other individuals wounded.
