In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of 25-year-old Reginald Rheams, a male, was tragically cut short. On January 30, 2024, after 10:30 p.m., police responded to a call of a shooting in the 1900 block of Boulevard de Province. Upon arrival, they discovered Rheams suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
