Devonta Ennis, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 25, 2021, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, Devonta Ennis was shot multiple times while inside a vehicle near the intersection of Prescott Dr. and Beechwood Dr. The incident occurred between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. on that fateful Sunday evening. The authorities responded to three different shootings within that timeframe, with Devonta Ennis being one of the victims.
