In the evening hours of Saturday, November 20, 2021, a fatal shooting shattered the quiet of a Baton Rouge apartment complex on Toulon Drive. Inside one of the residences, 31-year-old Jason Rosilez was found deceased in a bedroom. Tragically, three children were also present in the room at the time of the incident but were physically unharmed.
