On the morning of March 25, 2019, the body of 23-year-old Alex Lemus was discovered in a parking lot located at 1642 E. Walker Court in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Lemus, a male resident of Baton Rouge, was found to have sustained an apparent gunshot wound. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene, and he was quickly transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, Lemus succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
