In the spring of 2016, the life of Broderick Brooks, a 34-year-old male member of the East Feliciana Parish School Board, was tragically cut short in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. On May 23rd, he was discovered deceased in his car, which had come to a stop after rolling into a fire hydrant on Wenonah Street. An autopsy would later reveal that the cause of death was multiple gunshot wounds.
