On January 7, 2021, Sylvester Harrison, a 30-year-old man from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was tragically found dead from gunshot wounds inside a vehicle. The incident also resulted in injuries to a 25-year-old woman who was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The Baton Rouge Police Department launched an investigation into the shooting.
