In the early hours of a Saturday in February 2018, the life of 19-year-old Dequantay Singleton was tragically cut short in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. His body was discovered around 10:30 a.m. on February 17th, lying in the grass of BREC's Cadillac Street Park. The young man, a male, had been shot three times, and authorities believe the fatal incident occurred sometime overnight.
