Death by Force

Danny Ray Buckley, a 61-year-old Black man and lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, tragically died on August 22, 2020. He was known and loved by many in his community. Buckley was fatally shot in the parking lot of Trader Joe's in Baton Rouge. He was unarmed and had approached a vehicle in the parking lot asking for money.
