In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Shreveport, Louisiana, the quiet of the Allendale neighborhood was broken by the sound of gunfire. On October 6, 2020, just after midnight, police responded to reports of shots fired in the 1500 block of Garden Street. There, near a vacant residence, they discovered the bodies of three men who had been fatally shot. One of the victims was David Wayne Savore, a 55-year-old male.
The other two men were identified as 58-year-old Rodney Bryant and 54-year-old Carl Pratt. All three men were pronounced deceased at the scene from gunshot injuries.
The Shreveport Police Department's homicide detectives immediately launched an intensive investigation into the triple homicide. After a week of investigation, which was aided by a tip from Caddo Shreveport Crime Stoppers, authorities identified a suspect: Tobias Williams.
